Bio

I am originally from Brewer, Maine, but have lived and worked all over Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Brunswick, Canada. I moved to Charleston, SC in 2005. My past work history includes several years in Maternal-Child Health, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, and Nursing Management as a Registered Nurse. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I specialized in Vascular Medicine and Vascular Surgery (18 years), Hyperbaric Medicine, Urgent Care, and Wound Care. I have also been adjunct faculty at Husson University in Bangor, Maine teaching nurse practitioner students. I started my infectious diseases career in March 2021.

I have two grown children and a six year old granddaughter. I enjoy travel, music, archery, and medical missions.

Thank You

We just want to thank all of our patients, referring providers, and our community for bearing with us during this most difficult and unprecedented time in our infectious diseases' careers. Our providers and staff have been spread thin since COVID emerged, spending almost 100% of their time treating the severely ill in our community hospitals up and down the coast of South Carolina. We are doing our best to get back in the office as quickly as possible. Please help us get there quicker by getting vaccinated. Thank you for your patience.
